Fitness Formula training studio of Morgan Hill was established about ten years ago and remains in its original cozy, downtown Morgan Hill location. Jane Broome had been a trainer there for 5 years before she took over the business as owner and lead trainer in 2008. She believes strongly that the principal of safe, effective programs for all should also remain affordable and inspirational. In addition to private training sessions, she offers small group training (friends can work out together) and circuit training classes. These systems allow Jane to keep pricing very affordable while still leaving room to make sure each individual is presented the workout that suits their goals and needs best.
